(Applicable to all Clients of M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd.)

1. Definitions

1.1. “Company” shall mean M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in Delhi, India.
1.2. “Customer/ Client” means any individual, group, company, or organization booking or availing services from the Company.
1.3. “Services” include but are not limited to: travel facilitation, ticketing, accommodation, visas, insurance, packages, transportation, and allied arrangements.
1.4. “Third Party Suppliers” shall include airlines, hotels, transport operators, consulates, visa agents, insurance companies, and others engaged in providing end services.

2. Formation of Contract

2.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. No oral promises, representations, or informal assurances shall be binding unless recorded in writing by an authorized officer of the Company.
2.2. Submission of a booking form, email confirmation, or payment by the Client shall constitute full and binding acceptance of these T&C.

3. Booking & Payments

3.1. All bookings must be made using prescribed forms or official communication channels of the Company.
3.2. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. The Company reserves the right to refuse bookings without assigning any reason.
3.3. The Client shall be liable for the total price as per invoice/confirmation. Payments must be made in the form and currency specified by the Company.
3.4. In the event of delayed payments, the Company may cancel the booking, withhold documents, and forfeit deposits.

4. Prices & Surcharges

4.1. Prices are subject to change owing to fluctuations in fuel costs, exchange rates, government taxes, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond Company’s control.
4.2. Inclusions and exclusions will be detailed in the booking documents. Anything not expressly included shall be deemed excluded.
4.3. Seasonal supplements, upgrades, or changes requested by the Client will be charged extra.

5. Amendments & Cancellations

5.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, re-schedule, or cancel services due to operational requirements, third-party defaults, or force majeure.
5.2. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deduction of irrecoverable costs and supplier charges. The Company’s decision shall be final.
5.3. Client-requested cancellations/amendments must be in writing and shall attract charges as per Company and supplier policies.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, health certificates, vaccinations, insurance, and compliance with destination laws.

6.2. The Company shall not be responsible for denial of boarding, deportation, visa refusal, or any inconvenience caused due to improper documentation.

6.3. The Client warrants that they are medically and mentally fit to undertake travel. Special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.

6.4. The Client/Customer is mandatorily required to return to their country of origin before the expiry of their visa validity. Overstaying beyond the permissible period, which may cause reputational harm, blacklisting, or penalty impositions upon M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd., shall render the Client fully and personally liable.

6.5. In such cases of overstay or default, the Client shall be liable to pay liquidated damages of USD 5,000 (United States Dollars Five Thousand only) to M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd., in addition to bearing all legal, immigration, and reputational costs, until the Client’s return to their home country.

6.6. The Company shall not be held liable under any circumstance for consequences of the Client’s overstay, including detention, deportation, blacklisting, or fines imposed by foreign governments.

6.7. The Client/Customer is strictly required to provide genuine, accurate, and authentic documents (passport, visa, ID proofs, certificates, etc.) for all travel-related services. In the event of any discrepancies, manipulation, falsification, or submission of forged/invalid documents, the Client shall be solely responsible for all legal, financial, and immigration-related consequences, and the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever.

6.8. If the Client/Customer provides details or documents at the time of booking a travel package, and subsequently any discrepancy, error, or variation is found in the furnished details or supporting documents, then all bookings made with third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies, consulates, transport operators, etc.) shall stand automatically cancelled.

7. Insurance

7.1. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, accident, repatriation, loss of property, and similar risks is mandatory.
7.2. The Company disclaims liability for risks which could reasonably be covered by insurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company acts solely as a facilitator and agent of third-party suppliers. It does not own or operate airlines, hotels, consulates, transport companies, etc.

9. Fraudulent Claims, Cyber Complaints & Indemnity

9.1. The Client shall not initiate false complaints, cyber grievances, chargebacks, or malicious litigation against the Company.
9.2. Any false complaint leading to freezing of bank accounts or reputational injury shall make the Client personally liable for all business losses, damages, and legal costs.
9.3. Fraudulent chargebacks/disputes through banks or payment gateways shall be treated as cheating and fraud under applicable Indian law.
9.4. The Client indemnifies and holds harmless the Company, its directors, and employees against all losses, claims, damages, penalties, or litigation arising from the Client’s acts, omissions, or misrepresentations.

10. Client Conduct & Reputation Protection

10.1. Clients shall comply with laws of India and destination countries, and respect rules of airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
10.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund if the Client engages in unlawful, disruptive, or defamatory conduct.
10.3. Any attempt to defame the Company via false reviews, social media posts, or malicious complaints shall invite civil and criminal proceedings for defamation, harassment, and malicious prosecution.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

11.1. Complaints must be reported immediately, in writing, to the Company and relevant supplier to allow corrective action.
11.2. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. The Company shall not be liable for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, war, terrorism, strikes, cyber attacks, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12.2. In such cases, the Company may cancel, postpone, or amend services without liability, subject to recovery of costs from suppliers.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the version applicable shall be the one in effect at the time of booking.
13.2. All notices and communications must be in writing to be valid.
13.3. If any clause of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

14. Third-Party Service Provider Liability

14.1. The Client acknowledges that M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a facilitator/agent between the Client and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, visa offices, consulates, transport operators, and insurance companies.

14.2. If the Client/Customer makes payment to the Company for any booking, it is expressly understood that such payment is made with the free and willful consent of the Client, with full knowledge that the Company is merely arranging services from third-party providers.

14.3. In the event that any third-party service provider (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, consulates, or visa authorities):

then the sole liability for service failure, refund, compensation, or damages shall rest exclusively with the concerned service provider.

14.4. The Client/Customer agrees that no legal claim, suit, or proceeding shall lie against M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd. in respect of such failures, and any claims shall be pursued directly against the defaulting service provider.

14.5. If any Client/Customer, despite this clear understanding, files false, frivolous, or malicious claims against the Company, including reputational harm or attempts to freeze the Company’s accounts through false complaints, then such Client/Customer shall be held personally liable for:

Declaration

By booking with M/s Mauztrip Globus Pvt. Ltd., the Client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them, without exception.
